Job description

  1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations within the area, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

  2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets. Foster a positive work environment.

  3. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the region.

  4. Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through effective communication, feedback collection, and service improvements.

  5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and market conditions to senior management.

  7. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for the area, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in area management or a similar role, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Maadi Residents are preferable.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
