Role Summary

  • The primary responsibility of the commercial account manager is to successfully manage elmenus relationship with its restaurant partners. This means continuously analyzing the performance, upselling, and cross-selling different products to support restaurant growth.
  • They will participate in the planning cycle of the commercial strategy & create powerful commercial propositions driving the growth of elmenus partners as well as user growth.
  • They will own the revenue KPI of their portfolio of restaurants where their primary responsibility is to grow restaurants with high commissions and upsell products that will support that KPI.
  • They will own the offering value proposition given to their restaurants while working with all company stakeholders to achieve provide an attractive offering.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accountable for restaurants' growth in both commercial KPIs and operational KPIs
  • Drive Exploratory analysis to understand the portfolio gaps and opportunities for growth on a restaurant level.
  • Come up with revenue-generating initiatives, participate in cross-functional projects to increase elmenus revenue line & constantly define, assess & iterate on ongoing experiments to reach the revenue objective.
  • Provide ongoing analysis through structured frameworks to solve commercial problems & enhance the overall commercial proposition.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with the operational teams to make sure an excellent service is provided to their partnering restaurants.
  • Present insight findings to key restaurant boards & owners, highlighting historic performance and how to build a successful growth outlook.
  • Work with the finance team on any issues arising from the financial side to make sure all restaurants are working smoothly.
  • Retaining all restaurants within their portfolio with an eye on activating churned restaurants every month
  • Get a full understanding of our growth levers, and types of offers that we need to allocate the right offers to restaurants based on their cuisine type and market position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, or engineering disciplines
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with similar responsibilities
  • Strong analytical thinking, and ability to deliver sound, genuine insights, and strategic recommendations against defined business objectives.
  • A “can-do” attitude and strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English languages
