Job description

 

We are looking for a highly motivated content operations manager who will join elmenus content team. You will own the management and automation of processes for our content operations to expand our restaurant base & make sure that all the information a user requires to make a decision about their restaurant preference is always updated and accurate. You will be joining  a very fast paced dynamic environment and your work will impact the way users experience restaurants. The role will be based in Cairo Office and you will report to Head of Operations. 

What you will do

  • Own the content function, help in building & automating processes that help us maintain and grow a reliable updated restaurant information on elmenus as well improving the system by analyzing and adjusting our processes

  • Provide data analysis for all operational matters to understand and extract operational insights to improve the overall process

  • Prepare reports for the management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Plan and organize recruitment for the department’s multiple diverse functions

  • Conduct performance analysis on regular and case basis, analyzing operational KPIs, working towards their improvement. 

  • Set a daily performance system with a monthly bonus basis, monitoring and reporting the achievement of the team’s objectives

  •  Prepare and conduct professional training for content team on general operational matters as well as customized software

  • Build strong customer relationships with restaurants managers/owners and generate sales leads for the sales team 

  • Work together with Sales for providing consultancy to restaurants according to their needs  to increase their revenue. 

  • Support Marketing team by establishing a quality content and effective campaigns to help them achieve marketing KPI’s.

  • Work with the technology team on developing new features for the system used to improve operational performance.

Job requirements

At least 3 to 4 years’ work experience preferably in agile project management

  • You have excellent Analytical Skills.

  • You are able to quickly comprehend, simplify and present complex issues and challenges to broad audience.

  • You have strong communication skills to communicate with internal teams across various functions and levels (technology & Sales) and external partners from restaurants  & users

  • You are target-oriented and can work well under pressure.

  • You are detail oriented and persistent with the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion simultaneously.

  • You take initiatives on a regular basis to optimize the workflow.

  • You’re able to craft and deliver executive-level presentations. 

  • You have excellent project management, negotiating and people skills.

  • You are comfortable with working unpredictable hours

  • You are highly self-motivated and action oriented.

  • You have Excellent English and Arabic language skills (writing and understanding)

  • You have Excellent excel and powerpoint skills.

  • Passionate about food is always a plus
