Job Summary
The Content Specialist is responsible for accurately creating, updating, and maintaining restaurant information and menu content on the company’s platform. This includes entering menu items, descriptions, prices, photos, and other restaurant details while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal quality standards.
The role plays a critical part in maintaining a high-quality customer experience by ensuring that all restaurant data displayed on the platform is correct, complete, and up to date.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and upload restaurant profiles and branch information on the platform.

  • Enter and update menu items including item names, descriptions, prices, categories, and modifiers.

  • Upload and organize menu item photos according to platform guidelines.

  • Ensure all restaurant information such as location, delivery zones, and operating hours are correctly entered.

  • Audit and update existing menus to ensure price accuracy and content consistency.

  • Implement promotions, offers, and seasonal menu updates when required.

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and formatting.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Vendor Support, Operations, and Account Managers) to update restaurant information.

  • Follow internal content quality guidelines and SOPs.

  • Perform regular menu audits and quality checks to identify missing or incorrect data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, content management, or catalog management.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.

  • Basic understanding of food menu structures is a plus.
