Job description
Role Scope:
● Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
● Responsible for reporting, containing, handling, and solving all on-ground activities/issues within the assigned zone.
● Lead Rider Recruitment for all the zones in allocated cities
● Responsible for assessment of any internal fleet promotions
● Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
● Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer
● Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment’s
● Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)
● Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve the performance of low-performing riders
● Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
● Accountable to handle/solve day-to-day/arising issues beyond his main scope that may affect the zone’s performance.
Job requirements
Skills & Qualifications needed:
● Bachelor's Degree
● 0-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
● Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a plus.
● Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
● People management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
