elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery startup based in Egypt that serves over 1 Million monthly users. We are building a platform that combines a social, visual and personalized experience to help people discover and order the food they will love.

We are in the process of changing the way people perceive online food ordering, we have been known as just an app for food discovery and ratings, and this is about to change. We are currently looking for dynamic and highly motivated Head of Performance Marketing.

  • Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
  • Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s
  • identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
  • test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
  • Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
  • Analyze funnel conversion rate based on user acquisition channel & track users behavior to drive key funnel conversions
  • Measure ROI of the different acquisition channel
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
  • Test new channels and trends (such as voice search, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Digital Out of Home, etc.)
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers


  • A strong analytical mindset and data driven approach with problem solving skills
  • Strong with analytical functions, estimation and allocation of budgets, targets & segmentation
  • Ability to accurately evaluate the performance of each channel and forecasting the performance campaigns
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on statistics
