Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support brand, product, and seasonal goals.

  • Identify and onboard relevant food, lifestyle, and micro/macro influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

  • Manage ongoing influencer relationships, including contracts, briefings, content approvals, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align influencer activity with broader marketing strategies.

  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights and reporting on reach, engagement, ROI, and brand impact.

  • Track influencer trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and effective.

  • Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines to ensure cost-effective outcomes and strong partnerships.

  • Maintain an up-to-date influencer database and keep clear documentation of campaigns and communications.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup, tech, or consumer brand environment.

  • Strong network and understanding of Egyptian influencers, especially in the food, lifestyle, and entertainment spaces.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working with data, analytics tools, and influencer platforms.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic—written and spoken.

  • Passion for food and digital culture is a big plus!
