Live Operations Supervisor
elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery platform with a total of $20M in funding based in Egypt. We are building a platform that combines a social, visual and personalized experience to help millions of people discover and order the food they will love. We are looking for the smartest, most impactful and passionate people to join our food loving team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Following on the performance of the daily performance of the Team leaders (Coaching completion, proper floor management, communication with other teams)
- Offer solutions for improvement for the process and its enhancement
- Ensure employee satisfaction
- Create a welcoming and motivating environment for employees
- Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities and follow up on leaders Daily game plan
- Consolidate the KPIs of the associated teams to review before submission
- Schedule periodic surveys to the stakeholders(Customers, Runners, vendors) to assure having continuous feedback.
- Continuous Team leaders improvement plan through daily coaching/KPI scheme
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position .
- Strong English , written and verbal communication skills .
- Excited to be an integral part of building one of the fastest growing technology start-ups in Egypt .
- Not afraid of providing innovative solutions to problems and complains .
