Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-boarding VM based in Cairo who will be responsible for managing relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Manage the full on-boarding cycle from contracting to activation.
Daily tasks include on-boarding new partners, analysing performance data, creating growth strategies for accounts, addressing client concerns, and collaborating internally to provide the highest level of service.
This role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills to maintain positive partnerships and achieve business objectives.
Collect and verify legal and financial documents.
Prepare performance reports and track key on-boarding metrics.
Job requirements
1-2 years experience in account manager or vendor manager in any related field.
Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in account growth strategies, performance analysis, and reporting.
Organisational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of the food and restaurant industry is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
