We are hiring for a Performance Marketing Manager role who is well versed with digital marketing channels, growth hacking strategies and thrives on driving growth to the business. As the head of performance marketing you get to use multiple analytics, attribution and digital marketing tools to help us acquire and retain the most profitable and sticky users. You will collaborate with multiple teams and use insights from your work to improve messaging, content and channel mix.

Job requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
Ensuring successful campaigns managing 7 figure monthly budgets to be able to meet growth and profitability KPIs
Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset
Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
Gather insights from product funnel conversion rates to improve overall campaign conversions
Collaborate with marketing teams to guide NB creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify 'what works best

Experience running performance marketing campaigns on e-commerce mobile apps at scale
Ability to accurately evaluate the performance of each channel and forecasting the performance campaigns
