ElMenus is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Customer Experience Support team. This role is vital in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving our customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct quality assessments of customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards.

  2. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and metrics.

  3. Collaborate with the CX team to identify areas for improvement and training needs.

  4. Analyze data and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.

  5. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and trends for management review.

Job requirements

  • Experience 1-2 years as a Quality Assurance Specialist

  • intermediate knowledge of MS Excel , Word , Google Apps

  • Demonstrates clear and structured communication and a collaborative mindset.
