Operations Leader

elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery startup based in Egypt that serves over 1 Million monthly users. We are building a platform that combines a social, visual and personalized experience to help people discover and order the food they will love. We received a 1.5 Million USD in venture capital in mid 2017 to help us grow faster in the huge global market of food discovery. We are looking for the smartest, most impactful and passionate people to join our food loving team

What you can expect:

• Revamping the process for scoring the performance of restaurants and ensuring their adherence to our order experience standards

• Collaborating with account management teams to coach and educate restaurants of all segments

• Using data extensively to educate and constantly report to restaurants how they are performing

• Manage a team of restaurant operation specialists to drive improvements to the overall company experience targets

What will make you fit for this role:

• 3-5 years’ relevant work experience.

• Proven track record in operation management

• Strong Analytical Skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team of Operations specialists.

• Adapting easily to change of requirements as elmenus grows.

• Excellent linguistic skills (Arabic & English).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to communicate with internal and external teams.

• Detail oriented and persistent with the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion simultaneously.

• Taking initiatives on a regular basis to optimize the workflow.
