Senior Data Analyst

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate business challenges into technical data requirements.

Dashboard Mastery: Design, build, and maintain high-impact Tableau dashboards that provide "at-a-glance" clarity for complex datasets.

Insight Generation: Proactively identify, analyze, and interpret patterns or trends. You don’t just report the what; you explain the why and recommend the how.

Data Stewardship: Query and manipulate massive datasets with precision, ensuring our Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts are applied to maintain data integrity and performance.

Operational Problem-Solving: Deep-dive into the daily hurdles of the food/grocery tech ecosystem to provide data-backed solutions.

Experience: 3–4+ years of analytical experience, ideally within the Food-Tech or Grocery industry.

Technical Core: Expert-level proficiency in SQL is non-negotiable.

Visualization Expert: Advanced mastery of Tableau (experience with Metabase is a strong plus).

Architectural Knowledge: A solid grasp of Data Warehousing (DWH) principles and the ability to handle large-scale data manipulation.

Communication: Exceptional ability to "translate" technical findings for non-technical stakeholders across different cultures and departments.
