Job description

What you’ll do

  • Lead discovery to delivery: problem framing, hypotheses, user flows, wireframes, visual/UI, and production-ready specs.

  • Operate with AI co-pilots: generate variations, explore solution spaces, run heuristic checks, create test artifacts, and document decisions faster.

  • Drive user research: plan and run interviews, usability tests, and surveys; synthesize insights into clear opportunities (JTBD, journey maps).

  • Validate rigorously: design experiments, define success metrics, and iterate based on qualitative + quantitative signals.

  • Partner tightly with PM/Eng/Data/Ops to ship; advocate for accessibility and performance.

  • Own and evolve elmenus design system.

  • Communicate crisply: bring stakeholders along with concise narratives, prototypes, and decision logs.

Job requirements

What you’ve done

  • 6–10+ years in product design with shipped consumer or B2B products at scale.
    Demonstrated use of agentic AI / co-pilots in real workflows (e.g., idea generation, spec drafting, prototype stitching, microcopy, research ops).

  • Strong research skills: planning, moderation, synthesis, and usability testing.
    Portfolio that shows problem-solution clarity, outcome orientation, and systems thinking—not just polished UI.

  • Tools: Figma/FigJam, prototyping (e.g., Framer/ProtoPie), research tooling (Maze/Lookback/Hotjar), and AI tools (e.g., Cursor/Copilot/v0/Notion AI).

  • Excellent written/spoken communication in cross-functional settings.

Nice to have

  • Marketplace, logistics, or food delivery experience.

  • Micro Animations crafting

  • Basic front-end literacy (React/Flutter) or design token pipelines.

  • Experience instrumenting analytics (events, funnels), reading dashboards, and A/Bs testing
