Role Description

  • Own the end-to-end oversight of restaurant operations performance, ensuring all outlets consistently operate at their highest standard.

  • Track and analyze the Restaurant Success Rate across all outlets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, identifying trends and driving improvements.

  • Monitor restaurant Handling Time across restaurant operations, measuring order-to-serve cycles and ensuring adherence to defined service standards.

  • Measure and act on restaurant Waiting Time data, proactively identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with outlet teams to resolve delays.

  • Conduct scheduled and unannounced on-ground visits to restaurant locations, assessing live operations, staff performance, and SOP compliance.

  • Deliver on-site coaching and corrective guidance to outlet managers and ground teams during field visits, and submit structured visit reports.

  • Diagnose root causes behind performance deviations through data analysis and direct field observation, and implement corrective action plans.

  • Develop and enforce standardized SOPs and best-practice playbooks across all restaurant outlets to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Support Center, and Fleet teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure frictionless day-to-day operations.

  • Escalate critical compliance failures or recurring performance issues through the appropriate channels with speed and accuracy

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations, with a focus on performance management.

  • Proven background in multi-outlet or multi-brand operational oversight with measurable KPI improvement results.

  • Good analytical skills, able to interpret complex performance data and translate it into clear, actionable plans.

  • Hands-on experience conducting structured outlet audits, field assessments, and SOP compliance evaluations.

  • Deep understanding of restaurant service flows, kitchen throughput, and customer experience management.

  • Proficient in reporting and dashboard tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent operational platforms.

  • Self-directed and highly mobile, comfortable with regular on-ground travel to outlet locations.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, effective at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
