Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy and Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with department heads to align on strategic targets and determine the best approaches to achieve our planned objectives. Your insights and analytical skills will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand their strategic goals and align them with overall company objectives.

• Analyze market trends and performance data to provide actionable insights for strategy development.

• Facilitate regular communication with departments to ensure alignment on targets and strategies.

• Oversee the launching of new projects across all departments, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

• Assist in the development of strategic plans and monitor progress against established KPIs.

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategy updates and progress to senior management.

• Support cross-functional teams in implementing strategic initiatives and monitor progress.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within departments.

• Proven experience in strategy, planning, or business analysis (internships included).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
