Position Overview
The Senior Acquisition Specialist in the Last Mile department will be responsible for expanding Elmenus' delivery capacity through strategic third-party partnerships. This role focuses on identifying and managing relationships with fleet providers to ensure sufficient runner availability, operational efficiency, and timely order fulfillment. By leveraging external partnerships, the specialist will align fleet supply with business needs, especially during peak periods, while monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Acquisition through Third-party Partnerships
Identify, negotiate, and onboard third-party fleet providers capable of supplying runners across key regions (e.g., New Cairo, Madinaty, Shorouk, Rehab).
Establish agreements with providers that define performance standards, fleet availability, and delivery service levels.
Monitor provider performance to ensure compliance with KPIs, including fulfillment rates, delivery times, and fleet utilization.
Collaborate with providers to manage fleet scalability based on seasonal demand and forecasted growth.
Ensure fleet providers can meet coverage requirements during high-demand periods and operational bottlenecks.
Performance Monitoring & Compliance
Track and analyze key metrics, such as provider fulfillment rates, delivery times, and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews with providers to ensure consistent performance and make adjustments where needed.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, addressing any performance gaps with action plans.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
Provide regular performance reports to leadership, identifying trends and challenges with provider performance.
Develop strategies to optimize provider capacity and mitigate risks of underperformance.
Continuously explore new partnership opportunities to diversify the fleet and enhance operational flexibility.
Job requirements
Requirements:
2+ years in fleet acquisition or provider management within logistics or last-mile delivery sectors.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities with a track record of working with external providers.
Proficiency in analyzing data to monitor and optimize provider performance.
Familiarity with fleet management and logistics operations, ensuring alignment with delivery targets.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
