elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery startup based in Egypt helps millions of people discover and order the food they will love.

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager who will help grow our exceptional team at elmenus. Your mission will be to attract the best talent in Egypt and globally for a diverse set of mid-level and executive level positions in the company. Expect to recruit for a range of operations, marketing, sales and strategy positions from Egypt and into our Dubai office.

You will be a champion of our culture from the moment a candidate interacts with you and our online recruitment touch points until they are successful active team members in the organization. You will continuously raise the bar for new people we hire into our teams and hire not only for skills but also for candidates who are fit for our company's values.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identify the best talent in the market and attracting them to join our team
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters in the team
  • Actively working toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Using various channels such as recruitment agencies, freelancers, universities and local job boards to ensure diversity of talent pool and timely fulfillment of hiring needs
  • Refine and unify our interviewing procedures and processes
  • Managing a smooth on-boarding process for all new hires
  • Come up with creative ideas to promote our culture and fun, food-filled working environment
  • Engage with other diverse functional teams within the company
  • Prepare annual hiring plans in collaboration with top and middle management in the company

What will make you fit for this job:

  • 4+ years previous experience in recruitment a must, previous experience in recruiting for engineering positions is a big plus
  • Excited to be an integral part of building one of the fastest growing technology start-ups in Egypt
  • Familiarity with different interviewing techniques and methodologies
  • Sharp emotional intelligence and ability to work with different types of people
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills
  • Loving food is a big plus!
